Our Mission
We built Fincas Medellín because we believe international visitors deserve better than generic listings and impersonal booking platforms. Colombia has extraordinary fincas — the problem is finding them, vetting them, and booking them with confidence.
We're based in Medellín. We don't own or rent out fincas ourselves: you tell us what you need, we pass your request to up to 3 finca operators who fit it, and you deal with them directly. Our guides cover what to confirm before you pay anyone.
Why Colombia?
Colombia received about 6.7 million non-resident visitors in 2024, a record according to the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism. Tourism is growing fast, but clear English-language guidance is still scarce. We're filling that gap with plain, practical information.
